Senegal continued their Afcon 2015 preparations with a 1-0 win over Gabon in Casablanca on Friday evening.
Alain Giresse decided to start with Pappis Cisse, Mame Birame Diouf and Moussa Sow on the bench, while West Ham United's Cheikhou Kouyate was handed a start.
The game's deciding goal arrived in the 64th minute, Biram Diouf was brought down in the box and Fenerbahce striker Sow stepped up and converted from the penalty spot.
This was the Lions of Teranga's first of two friendly encounters ahead of the 2015 Afcon later this month, their final friendly will see them take on Equatorial Guinea on 13 January.
Senegal were drawn in Group C along with South Africa, Ghana and Algeria, while they begin their campaign with a clash against the Black Stars.
