Pelembe has not featured for Vladimir Vermezovic's Bucs side this season and has found breaking into the first team difficult. The team's frontline has been dominated by Bafana Bafana internationals, Lehlohonolo Majoro and Kermit Erasmus, of late however he hopes to get a run against Chipolopolo at Estádio Nacional do Zimpeto.
"We have a strong team for this match; it is very important for us; we all want to go to AFCON next year; Zambia will have to sweat here; we will do everything to win the match; all the guys that play in Europe and here in Africa have been called up; we want to win this match, so, nothing can stop us," said Pelembe on the Bucs official website.
"We respect Zambia; they won the AFCON before, but I can guarantee you, that in Mozambique, we are prepared to face them and defeat them; it is going to be hard but at the moment this is the attitude we will take to this game; we have to win," he added.
