Former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, Fatau Dauda, could have an opportunity to face his ex-teammates from Bucs, should the Ghanaian be selected to play for his national team in the Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.

Dauda, who parted ways with Pirates just before the start of the 2014/15 season, started the current campaign with Chippa United after signing a two-year contract with the club.
The 29-year-old lasted less than two months with the Port Elizabeth-based side before cancelling his contract with the club, allegedly due to money-related issues.
Dauda is one of the players that were named in the preliminary squad for Ghana, as Coach Avram Grant is preparing the Black Stars for the AFCON.
Ghana are in the same group with Bafana Bafana for the prestigious football event on the continent.
Bafana have Patrick Phungwayo, Thabo Matlaba, Andile Jali and Oupa Manyisa who were all with Dauda at Pirates, during the Ghanaian's time with the Buccaneers last season.

Ghana are currently in camp in Spain with Grant expected to make a decision on his final 23-man squad in due course.
