Ghana striker, Asamoah Gyan, has been diagnosed with a mild case of Malaria while in Equatorial Guinea, but has been released from hospital ahead of their clash with Senegal tonight.
The Ghanaian captain spent most of Saturday in hospital and isn't expected to feature in tonight's game, despite being released yesterday.

According to the Ghanaian Football Association, Gyan is responding well to the treatment and suffered only a mild case of the illness.
"The illness was detected at an early stage and Gyan is responding well to treatment," A statement from the Ghanaian FA read.
"Doctors will continue to monitor his progress ahead of the Black Stars' opening Group C match against Senegal in Mongomo."
Marseille winger, Andre Ayew, is likely to captain the side tonight and David Accam could take Gyan's place in the starting line-up.
Gyan has played 86 matches for his national side since 2003 and has scored 45 goals in the process.
