Ghana winger, Christian Atsu, was named the player of the tournament at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

Despite losing to Cote d'Ivoire in the final in a penalty shoot-out, the on-loan Everton winger capped off an impressive individual campaign by scooping the player of the tournament award.
Atsu was also awarded the goal of the tournament for his sublime strike in the Black Stars' 3-0 win over Guinea in the quarterfinals.
Meanwhile, fellow Ghanaian Andrew Ayew picked up the tournament's top goal-scorer's award for his three goals in the tournament, despite four other also finding the back of the net on three occasions.
The Black Stars continued to pick up individual awards, with defender Afriyie Acquah being named the Man of the Match in the final against Cote d'Ivoire. While, striker Kwesi Appiah bagged the competition's Fair-Play award.
