Africa Cup of Nations - Group B
Teams: Zambia v DRC
Date: 18 January 2015
Venue: Estadio de Ebebiyin
Zambia and DR Congo will get their Africa Cup of Nations campaigns underway when they clash in Group B on Sunday.
The two sides have only met once at the tournament back in 1974 when they contested the final in Egypt. DR Congo won the replay 2-0 after the first tie ended in a 2-2 draw. The border neighbours have locked horns on 25 occasions since 1948, with Zambia edging the contest with eight wins to DR Congo's seven. DR Congo coach Florent Ibenge is making his Afcon debut and will be eager to end the side's poor run at the tournament. The last time DRC made it to the last eight was in 2006, while Zambia won the tournament in 2012. View The AFCON StandingsHere's how they line up:
