The pair were spotted in Dubai recently, with the images from the Daily Mirror surfacing a couple days ago, which has certainly feulled speculation about the midfielder's future in Manchester.
Pogba had been heavily linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu after his agent, Mino Raiola, confirmed the player's desire to leave Old Trafford in the last transfer window, but the club managed to keep hold of their star.
Zidane failed to disclose what was said between himself and Pogba during the FIFA break, but admitted the meeting was merely a coincidental.
"My encounter with Pogba was purely by chance. We know each other well so we talked," Zidane was quoted as saying by the Mirror.
"And what we spoke about is private, a conversation between me and him. We've known each other a long time."
Pogba is currently nursing an injury, which will see him miss Sunday's Preimer League encounter with fierce rivals Liverpool.
