Having previously been linked with a mega-money move for Kylian Mbappe, Real Madrid are believed to have turned their attention to the France wonderkid's strike partner and are reportedly willing to add 2018 Ballon d'Or winner Luka Modric to the deal.
Despite manager Zinedine Zidane openly confessing to being an admirer of Mbappe, the 47-year-old appears to have resigned himself to the fact PSG have priced Real out of a deal to sign the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.
As a result, Los Blancos have now reportedly turned their attentions to the 21-year-old's strike partner Mauro Icardi, who is currently on loan at the club from Serie A outfit Inter Milan.
That is according to Italian publication Calciomercato who claim that the LaLiga giants are willing to offer star midfielder Modric and out-of-form striker Luka Jovic to PSG as part of a deal to sign the Argentina international.
The two-time Serie A Golden Boot winner has been in prolific form for PSG this season where he has scored 19 goals in 27 appearances across all competitions.
