According to Relevo, Inter Miami are now looking to make a move for Nacho on a free transfer next month.
The MLS outfit recently lost the services of Nicolas Freire, who is set for some time on the sidelines after tearing his ACL.
As a result, the report adds that Inter coach Gerardo Martino is now eyeing the Los Blancos defender as a replacement.
Nacho still has the UEFA Champions League final coming up with Real, but he is expected to make a decision on his future soon.
"I've been here all my life and for me, Real Madrid is very special," Nacho said after the final league game of the season, as per Tribal Football.
"Even if I didn't wear the armband, I have always felt like a very important player in the team."
