Barcelona star Ilkay Gundogan has responded to claims he does not get along with Toni Kroos, who is returning to the German national team.
The Real Madrid strar announced last month that he will be returning to German national side ahead of the 2024 European Championship.

There had been rumours that Kroos' shock return to the national side might cause some due to the rivalvry with Barcelona and Real Madrid.
However, Gundogan was quick to silence claims about issues with the Los Blancos star.
"Julian Nagelsmann had apparently heard here and there that Toni's return might be a problem for me, then he picked up the phone, called me and asked me directly," the player said, as per SDZ.
"I immediately told him 'I totally agree with that and I have never had any problems with Toni.
"On the contrary, we value each other a lot and we get along well'."
Kroos will return to Nagelsmann's side with great experience under his belt, having won the World Cup while making 107 appearances for the team.
