Hazard has come in for much criticism for his form following his €100 million (R1.6 million) transfer from Chelsea to Real at the start of the season, but looks to be turning his fortunes around after scoring his first goal for Los Blancos in their 4-2 win over Granada on Saturday.
In doing so, the 28-year-old became the first Belgian player to score for the LaLiga giants in more than 50 years, and only the second-ever, according to Transfermarkt.

The last player from the world's current highest-ranked footballing nation to find the back of the net for Real was Fernand Goyvaerts, who scored for the club in a 2-1 win over Hercules back in 1966.
Goyvaerts only netted once in his three league appearances for the club, which means Hazard is likely to become Real's leading Belgian goalscorer of all time during the course of the current campaign.

The only other players from Belgium to have represented Los Blancos are goalkeepers Alex Craninx and Thibaut Courtois, the latter of whom is the club's current first-choice shot-stopper.
