The 24-year-old has made it clear he will not be extending his contract at the Parc des Princes beyond June 2024, and while he has publicly stated that he would like to play the 2023/24 campaign with Les Parisiens, it is believed he still wants a move to Real Madrid.
Los Blancos have been heavily linked with the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner for a number of years, and it now seems the transfer could come to fruition as soon as this off-season, but not before a certain demand is met for the Bondy native.
According to Fichajes, the pacey attacker wants at least some of his loyalty bonus paid to him before he will consider a move to the Spanish side in this window.
PSG are not eager to lose their talisman for free next year, and are open to parting with him for a significant fee in the next couple of months, but the ex-AS Monaco man wants part of the bonus he would miss out on if he leaves before the end of his contract in Paris.
The fee that would reportedly be owed to the France captain is between €70 million (R1.4 billion) and €80 million (R1.6 billion), but Mbappe wants half of it, and it is said that only once he has been paid this figure will he contemplate leaving his hometown club in this window.

It is believed Real are willing to go as far as paying €180 million (R3.6 billion) for the Clairefontaine alumni, but it appears the French giants may not see any of those funds if they do not give Mbappe his bonus.
