Mbappe, who has confirmed he will bid farewell to Paris Saint-Germain when his deal expires, is believed to have confirmed the purchase of a house that is only five minutes away from Real's training ground.
The publication claims he finalised his property buy on Tuesday, and completed the necessary paperwork on Thursday.
It is said that Real, playing in their 18th UEFA Champions League final on 1 June, will announce Mbappe's official arrival after that clash against Borussia Dortmund.
The house, located in an affluent area of Madrid called La Moraleja, is close to Sergio Ramos' Madrid family home, while Hollywood actor Richard Gere is also believed to own a house in the same area.
