The 25-year-old made his last appearance for PSG in their 2-1 win over Olympique Lyon in the Coupe de France final on Saturday night.
While Mbappe was unable to celebrate his farewell with a goal, his teammates did give him a big send-off after he collected his 15th trophy at Les Parisiens.
Earlier this month, the France captain confirmed he would be say goodbye to the Ligue 1 champions at the end of the season, with his contract officially expiring at the end of June.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup finalist is expected to pen a long-term deal with Spanish giants Los Blancos, a club he has been linked with since he was a teenager.
PSG's all-time leading goalscorer has since admitted his next move is just "a few days" from being announced.
"There is a time for everything," he said, as per Get French Football News.
"I'll announce my next club in good time. We're only a few days away so there's no problem. Before the Euros? I don't know, there are still a few steps."
Mbappe's mother and agent, Fayza Lamari, recently suggested that the public already knows where her son will be going after being asked which club the forward will join ahead of next season.
