Messi Sets New UCL Goal Record
Messi's hat-trick and Neymar's effort in their club's 4-0 win over Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night saw Barca's trio reach 103 goals in 2016.
The Argentine has now scored 40 goals in 41 matches this year, and has assisted a further 24 strikes.
Uruguayan striker Suarez has found the net 42 times and set up 19 strikes in 40 games, while Brazilian forward Neymar has scored 21 goals in 38 matches, and has provided an assist for his Catalan club colleagues 16 times.
