The Arsenal playmaker who has fallen out of favour under Mikel Arteta is expected to leave the Gunners this month.
He took part in a twitter QA this week, and was asked about his opinion on Messi vs Ronaldo, having played with the latter during his time at Real Madrid.
"Messi has proven to be one of the best in Spain, but Cristiano was the best in every country he has played in," he said, seemingly favouring the Juventus superstar.
Ozil himself has been linked with a move to Fenerbahce and revealed he would be keen on moving either to Turkey or the Major League Soccer in the United States if he were to leave Arsenal.
