The 34-year-old scored his 700th career goal on Monday, when he netted from the penalty spot in A Selecao's 2-1 2020 UEFA European Championship qualifying defeat to Ukraine.
Ronaldo has cemented his status as one of the world's leading goalscorers over the years, and his spot-kick prowess has formed an important part of his game.
The goal against Ukraine was the 113th time the Juventus star has scored from the penalty spot, for club and country, out of 135 efforts in total, according to Transfermarkt.

Of that tally, 10 penalty goals have come in the international colours of Portugal, with the remainder being scored across his spells with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juve.
Among the 22 spot-kicks he has missed or that were saved, six came for the Selecao, three for United, one for Juventus and 12 during his time with Los Blancos.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner boasts a success rate of 83% from the six-yard mark, scoring around eight out of every 10 penalties he takes, which firmly places him among the deadliest finishers from the spot in world football.
