With Cristiano Ronaldo seemingly on the verge of signing for his new club, reports suggest that the Portuguese superstar could soon be joined by Sergio Ramos.
Mbappe Hits Back At Argentina WC Final Mockery
According to Marca, Ronaldo's arrival at Saudi Arabian giants Al Nassr is only a matter of time, with the club said to be hoping to confirm the football icon as their newest signing on 1 January 2023.
The attacker is understood to be the main transfer priority for the Riyadh-based side, but it seems that the Knights of Najd want to use the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's signature as a catalyst to sign other superstars of the beautiful game.
The same report from the Spanish outlet suggests that Al Nassr also want to bring Ronaldo's former Real Madrid teammate Sergio Ramos on board their sporting project.
The 36-year-old centre back will soon enter the final six months of his deal with Paris Saint-Germain, and while he has regained a starting berth in the French capital this season, it seems unlikely the Ligue 1 champions will extend his contract.
It is believed both the president and sporting director of Al Nassr will make their way to Madrid soon to try to convince the 2010 FIFA World Cup winner to make his way to the Saudi Pro League with an offer.
