The Red Devils are understood to be looking to offload Romelu Lukaku before the transfer window closes, and have been in negotiations with Juventus over a potential swap deal for Dybala.
That transfer looks to be in jeopardy now, however, as United have reportedly grown frustrated after failing to reach an agreement with the player regarding his salary, image rights and agent's fee.

United's failure to agree terms with the 25-year-old could also see Lukaku's move to the Bianconeri collapse, although the Belgian striker is still drawing interest from fellow Serie A side Inter Milan.
The Manchester club has already completed the signings of Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace and Daniel James from Swansea, and are expected to complete a record deal for Leicester City defender Harry Maguire in the coming days.
