Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for one of their former players in the January transfer window.
The Red Devils have been nothing short of disappointing in the Premier League over the last couple months, having lost four of their last five encounters.
New coach Ruben Amorim insists he has no desire to change his style despite the results, which means there could be some new faces coming.

The left-back/wing-back position remains a concern as Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui are the only fit full-backs at the club, with Luke Shaw once out injured why Tyrell Malacia is yet to regain full fitness from his lengthy lay-off.
According to Daily Star, the Red Devils could look to making a move for Benfica left-back Alvaro Fernandez.
The Red Devils sold Fernandez to Benfica in the last transfer window in deal reportedly worth €6million as the club were assured that both Shaw and Malacia would be fit this campaign.
Fernandez has impressed for the Portuguese giants this season, which has reportedly attracted interest from Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
Amorim finally broke his silence about the club's plans for the January transfer window ahead of Sunday's clash against Liverpool.
"When the window is open, we can try to do something and we will try to do something," he said, as per the Manchester United official website.
"But I think, in the next weeks, we are going to have more time to train and we can improve, that's the only way.
"We had a lot of games without training, now we will have more space to grow. You can see that the context is worse in this moment, as we had a lot of losses, so we have to manage everything."
