Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly already secured their first major signing for the 2022/2023 season.
According to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar has signed a pre-contract with the French champions.

Reports claimed that PSG tried to sign the Slovakia international before the start of the current campaign, but Inter had no desire to part ways with their star defender.
However, it seems Nerazzurri have now passed up the chance to cash in on the 27-year-old, who is now set to join PSG on a free transfer.

Paris Saint-Germain have submitted an opening bid to anticipate Škriniar deal in January but Inter want €20m fee.

Manchester United were also reported to be interested in Skriniar in recent months, but the defender already had an agreement with the French giants.
Skriniar joined Inter from Sampdoria in 2017 and has gone on to rack up 242 appearances while winning the Serie A and Coppa Italia titles.
