Paris Saint-Germain Boss Confirms Latest Transfer Dealings

Paris Saint-Germain's new boss Christophe Galtier was not shy to reveal his club's latest transfer business recently, confirming that one of his players is on his way out.

Ahead of their clash against Toulouse on Wednesday night, Galtier was more than happy to explain the transfer situations surrounding midfielder Leandro Paredes and goalkeeper Keylor Navas.

"With Keylor, we talk very often. He is a PSG goalkeeper and he will be in the squad," Galtier told members of the media, as per Goal.

"Leandro will not be part of the group.

"We know that he has reached a [personal terms] agreement with Juventus.

"He is currently a PSG player, but his mind is elsewhere.

"I made the decision not to put him in the group so that he could prepare for his departure and so that I don't have a player who, perhaps, will leave the club in 24 hours."

Here are the highest-paid players currently at PSG:

Despite a reported late enquiry from Arsenal, it seems Paredes is destined for Turin as he looks to follow in the footsteps of his compatriot Angel Di Maria, who completed the same switch earlier in the window.

In the case of Navas, the Costa Rican has been playing second fiddle to Gianluigi Donnarumma since the latter's arrival from Italy at the beginning of last season.

Despite some high-profile errors by the Italian, most notably in the UEFA Champions League against Real Madrid, the PSG coaching staff have persisted with the 23-year-old and the new regime has followed suit.

Speculation has been rife regarding Navas' future as a result, with multiple sources claiming the 35-year-old was Napoli-bound,  but he now looks to be staying on.

With Fabian Ruiz having completed his move to PSG from Napoli on Tuesday night, another incoming is expected at PSG, with Spaniard Carles Soler reportedly headed to the Parc des Princes in the coming hours as Galtier and sporting director Luis Campos continue to mould Les Parisiens in their vision.
