Neymar bagged two goals and two assists on his home debut for Paris Saint-Germain, as they romped to a 6-2 win over Toulouse on Sunday evening.

PSG looked lively in the opening stages as Marco Verratti and Neymar squandered chances in the opening 15 minutes.

Toulouse took a shock lead in the 18th minute courtesy of a strike from Ivorian winger Max-Alain Gradel, who is on loan from Bournemouth.

Neymar nearly brought the home side level in the 26th minute but the Brazilian's glancing header crashed against the upright.

PSG were not to be denied five minutes later when Neymar brought the hosts level with a finish from close range after his initial effort was saved.

The hosts then went ahead in the 35th minute as Adrien Rabiot collected a pass from Neymar, skipped past two challenges and rifled the ball home from 25-yards out.

Toulouse nearly found themselves level in the 55th minute , but Delort failed to fire past Areola from six-yards out.

PSG were then reduced to 10 men after 69 minutes when Verratti was sent off for a second bookable offence.

Despite being a man down, the hosts won a penaly after 75 minutes after Neymar was brought down. Edinson Cavani stepped up and slotted home the penalty.

Four minutes later, Toulouse managed to reduce the deficit when Thiago Silva knocked the ball into his own net.

However, PSG restored their two-goal advantage in the 82nd minute when Javier Pastore curled home a fine effort after being teed up by Angel Di Maria.

The hosts managed to grab a fifth goal two minutes later as Neymar bagged his second assist and picked out Layvin Kurzawa, who scored with an acrobatic effort.

Neymar rounded off the scoring in stoppage time, to complete his brace and complete the rout for the home side with a superb solo effort, 6-2.
