Paris Saint-Germain have made a surprise decision on star forward Kylian Mbappe, who has one year left on his contract.
The Frenchman has already confirmed he will not be extending his contract beyond 2024, leaving the club in a tough predicament.

However, the club have taken the decision to exclude Mbappe from the squad travelling to Japan for pre-season.
The decision does come as a surprise after the 24-year-old was on target in the team's 2-0 win over Le Havre on Friday afternoon.

Fabrizio Romano has reported that PSG feel that Mbappe already has an agreement to join LaLiga giants Real Madrid on a free transfer next season.
As a result, Romano added that PSG board now consider the 2018 World Cup for sale in the current transfer window.
