FC Barcelona have confirmed their sixth permanent first-team departure as the club continues to reduce their wage bill.
The Catalan giants have been warned by LaLiga to reduce their wage bill ahead of the new season and that means offloading a few players.
Barcelona have now confirmed that they have reached an agreement with fellow LaLiga outfit Getafe for the sale of midfielder Carles Alena.
Alena spent te last season on loan at Getafe, where he racked up 27 appearances across all competitions, including three in the UEFA Champions League.
