While Griezmann's weekly salary is said to have become an issue for Barcelona amid the global COVID-19 pandemic, Dembele has reportedly been deemed surplus to requirements.
The speedy winger is valued at €50 million (R569 million), per Transfermarkt, and is one of the best-paid players at the club.
