In the latest update of the David de Gea transfer saga, Real Madrid will reportedly offer the shot-stopper a whopping £12 million (R242 million) signing-on fee if he joins them on a free next season.

De Gea found himself in the stands once again as Manchester United beat Aston Villa 1-0 on Friday night, with Sergio Romero deputising in goal.
The Spaniard has also allegedly been forced to train with United's U21 side by Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal.
Los Blancos, meanwhile, have reportedly offered the Spaniard a £12 million signing-on fee if he stays another season at Old Trafford and then joins Real in 2016/17.
United and the Spanish team are yet to agree over De Gea's valuation, with the English side wanting £35 million for the 24-year-old. Real, meanwhile, are seemingly not prepared to pay more than £25 million for a player they can get for free next season.
They remain confident of going into the new season with goalkeepers Keylor Navas and Kiko Casilla despite missing out on De Gea, who is surely considered a level above the duo.

Van Gaal insisted De Gea will not play until the transfer window closes on 1 September, but it remains to be seen whether United will really hold firm in this transfer saga.
