The Chilean had a slow start to this season for the Gunners, but six goals in his past three games for Arsene Wenger's side has seen him rise to the top of the popularity stakes once again.
According to The Metro, his form has caught Real's attention, and they're apparently considering making a £37 million offer for the player.
The Gunners are reportedly keen to renew his contract at the club, but may now have to fend off interest from Los Blancos in order to keep their man.
Sanchez could be tempted to return to La Liga due to Arsenal's poor UEFA Champions League form as it has become increasingly unlikely that they will progress to the next round of the competition.
The London club has lost both their first two group matches, and play Bayern Munich next, who many believe Arsene Wenger's side will struggle to beat.
Sanchez was, of course, once a Barcelona player, but failed to make a real impact at the club, often being overlooked for one of the team's "bigger" stars.
The attacker has become one of the Premier League's biggest attractions, so it's no surprise to see him linked with one of Europe's giants.
