Reports in England suggest that the Red Devils were looking to make the Brazil captain their marquee signing of this transfer window.
United are believed to be keen on bolstering their attack before the window closes, with Bayern Munich's Thomas Muller and Real Madrid's Gareth Bale being linked with the side.
However, the 23-year-old's agent was quick dismiss any rumours linking his client with a move away from the Catalan giants.
"There is nothing. He has three years left on his contract," Ribeiro told GloboEsporte.
"The British newspapers are very speculative. Barcelona have never thought of selling Neymar and he is very happy there."
Neymar formed a formidabble trio with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in the 2014/2015 season, as Barcelona clinched their trebel, although the Brazilian will miss the start of the campaign as he recovers from mumps.
The Brazilian ended last season with 38 goals for the Catalan giants, which included finish as joint top scorer in the Champions League with 10 goals.
