It was recently suggested that FC Barcelona could lose Lionel Messi and Neymar in the next couple of transfer windows, and Manchester United are now reportedly ready to offer £143.9 million for the Brazilian.

According to the Daily Mail, stars such as Neymar and Messi could be sold in order for the Catalan club to reduce its current wage budget.
The Telegraph has now reported that the Red Devils are hot on the heels of the Brazilian, who had previously been linked with the English giants.
Before the season began, Neymar and his father, who also acts as his agent, confirmed that United had been in touch with them regarding the striker's availability.
The latest reports claim that Louis van Gaal's side are lining up a £143.9 million offer for the Brazil star, who is believed to want to remain in Barcelona.
However, Neymar's wishes have not deterred United from making a bid, and they clearly feel confident of bringing the 23-year-old to the Premier League.
Former Barcelona president Joan Laporta recently said: "The economic situation of the club is not good, but the current president, to balance the books, must sell players or assets. And the best solution is to sell a great player.
"There is talk of a proposal for Man United. But all that, it is because of the mismanagement of the current leadership."
