In this update of our feature about players who could leave Europe's top clubs, we look at five stars who could see Real Madrid's exit door.
Karim Benzema
The French striker has been one of the most talked about players in this transfer window, with reported interest mainly from Arsenal. However, both Manchester United and Manchester City have also been linked, all while Real insist he is not for sale.
Fabio Coentrao
The Portuguese left back is currently nursing a thigh injury and either has to come to terms with playing second fiddle to Marcelo or find a new club. His has a contract until 2019, but Serie A clubs Roma and Inter are said to be interested in his services.
Asier Illarramendi
The 25-year-old was reportedly told he can leave Real Madrid. Liverpool remain closest linked and are reportedly ready to offer £14.2 million for the defensive midfielder.
Lucas Silva
The Brazilian midfielder is reportedly a transfer target for Arsenal, who are keen to strengthen in the central midfield position. The 22-year-old has struggled to impress at Los Blancos, who are now keen to loan him out, but even a permanent deal seems possible. Chelsea, Benfica and Manchester United are also reportedly monitoring the situation.
Denis Cheryshev
The speedy winger impressed for Real during pre-season, but Los Blancos just can't offer him regular first-team football. He is reportedly meeting the club's leadership amid rumours of Liverpool, Arsenal and Villarreal interest.
