The 19-year-old forward has been linked with the likes of Chelsea, FC Barcelona and Juventus in recent months, but the latest rumours suggest that the Bianconeri are leading the chase for his services.
Speaking after Santos' 3-1 win over Ponte Preta on Saturday, Barbosa fuelled speculation that he will be soon moving on from the Brazilian club.
"I played as if it was my last game here, soon you will know something," he told the media after the game, as quoted by FourFourTwo.
Hours after the match, "Gabigol" took to Instagram and posted the following message to his supporters.
"My heart is Alvinegro and it will always beat for you. Santos are my life. I will love you until death," the caption, translated from Portuguese, states.
