Brazilian starlet Gabriel Barbosa has denied claims that he has signed a new contract with his club Santos, and confirmed that he has had offers to play elsewhere.

The 19-year-old has reportedly been chased by Chelsea, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund in recent weeks, but his club tried to scare them off by claiming he had signed a contract extension with them.
Barbosa has now come out to deny these claims, but admitted he is still in negotiations with Santos.
"No, there is still no agreement. The president ended up talking, but there is nothing confirmed," the Brazil attacker told Globe Esporte.
"We are just talking. My parents and my representatives are talking. They have some things to discuss.
"I have proposals, too, but there's nothing confirmed yet.
"I need to talk with my parents and my representatives. We are talking and we are going to resolve it slowly."

The Santos star, who is part of Brazil's Olympic squad, will be hoping to help his country win their first ever gold medal in a few weeks' time.
