A Brazil star has urged one of his teammates to leave his Premier League club in favour of a UEFA Champions League side.
FC Barcelona fullback Dani Alves has suggested that playmaker Philippe Coutinho should quit Europa League finalists Liverpool.
Alves believes Coutinho should be playing football at the highest level on a regular basis, something he will not be doing at the Merseyside club next season.
"Football is about living the moment," Alves told Yahoo Esportes.
"Liverpool have history but you should consider playing for top Champions League sides. He has the quality to play for Barcelona."
Former Inter Milan star Coutinho made 43 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool this season, scoring 12 goals and assisting a further seven strikes.
