Many players have been linked with moves in the next transfer window, but there are few bigger than the stars below.
Chelsea star Eden Hazard is believed to be wanted by Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, while the French giants could lose their star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a free as his contract expires at the end of this campaign.
Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba is said to be a target of Manchester City, who will see Pep Guardiola take over at the club next season, while Borussia Dortmund may have to brace themselves for a host of offers for their free-scoring African forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Edinson Cavani has reportedly become frustrated at his lack of playing time at PSG, and could possibly seek a move away from France, while Yaya Toure might be on the move from City, considering his strained relationship with the incoming Guardiola.

FC Barcelona star Neymar is also reportedly being chased by PSG and some of England's biggest teams, although some reports have suggested he could be close to signing a new deal in Spain.
