Barcelona's chances of registering Dani Olmo for the second half of the season have been given a major boost after the club secured a €100 million deal.

As 2024 draws to a close, both Olmo and his Barcelona teammate Pau Victor face uncertainty over their first-team registration from January 2025.
However, according to Marca, the Blaugrana have reached an agreement to sell VIP boxes at the newly renovated Camp Nou to Middle Eastern investors for €100m.
Olmo, who only joined Barcelona in August for a fee of up to €62m from RB Leipzig, has faced challenges in registering for the upcoming season after a judge rejected the club's attempts to do so.
In response, Barcelona have explored alternative solutions to finalise the deal. The report suggests that this influx of funds will enable the registration of both players and help the club return to the 1:1 financial rule, allowing them to sign players normally.
This development represents a significant breakthrough for the financially-struggling Catalan giants.
