However, AS have reported the 38-year-old is dreaming of a return to the Santiago Bernabeu this season.
Los Blancos have been hit with injuries in defence this season, with Dani Carvajal and Eder Militao set to miss the rest of the season while David Alaba's return date remains unknown.
The report adds that there has been a lack of conviction in the offers for the Spanish defender, but that could change as he is keen to return action.
Brazilian club Cruzeiro recently stated they would be open to signing the Los Blancos legend.
If he wants to come, under Cruzeiro's conditions, he can come. We'll talk to him," club president Pedro Lourenco told Radio Itatiaia
"Who knows, maybe it'll be him, because we're going to bring in a defender. Maybe Alexandre Mattos can handle it."
