Following Liverpool's 2-2 draw with Shrewsbury in the reverse fixture last month, Klopp confirmed that neither he nor his senior players would be present for the replay due to the newly-introduced winter break.
Instead, the club's U23 manager Neil Critchley will take charge of the team, which is expected to predominantly be made up of players from the club's U19 and U20 sides, with no senior players in the squad for the match.
That means neither Alisson Becker nor back-up shot-stopper Adrian will start in goal for the Reds. That role should fall to young Irish goalkeeper Caiomhin Kelleher, who has already made three senior appearances, all of which came during the club's League Cup campaign.

The reigning European champions will also feature an entirely changed backline, with Neco Williams set to replace Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back and Adam Lewis expected to start ahead of the injured Yasser Larouci on the opposite flank.
Dutch star Virgil van Dijk is also being rested for the encounter, but two of his countrymen, Sepp van den Berg and Ki-Jana Hoever will likely fill in in the centre of defence.
In midfield, 22-year-old Pedro Chirivella will star as the most experienced player in the squad, and could feature alongside Leighton Clarkson and Luis Longstaff, both of whom made their senior debut for the club in December 2019, or fellow youngsters Jake Cain and Tom Hill.
Harvey Elliott and Curtis Jones, the latter of whom is expected to captain the side on Tuesday, are two of Liverpool's most exciting young talents and will likely lead the attacking line either side of Joe Hardy, who signed from Brentford's U23 team last month.
