After seeing Manchester United lift the 2016/17 UEFA Europa League in Stockholm, the competition organisers have revealed who made their 18-man squad of the season.

This year saw a Premier League side break the Spanish stranglehold on the competition as the Red Devils became the first English club to lift the trophy in four years.
There is no surprise that the squad is dominated by the Old Trafford club, with Mourinho's Red Devils having eight players in it, while Ajax Amsterdam, Celta Vigo and Lyon all have three representatives each.
Here is UEFA's 2016/17 Europa League Squad of the Season:

This squad was selected by a special technical panel that comprised Cristian Chivu (Romania), Stefan Majewski (Poland), Mixu Paatelainen (Finland), Sir Alex Ferguson, Ioan Lupescu and Dejan Stankovic (UEFA).
