Reports suggest that one of Africa's brightest stars could be making his way to the home of the reigning Serie A champions as soon as January.

While it may have seemed that Thomas Tuchel's exclusion of Hakim Ziyech from the Chelsea starting XI was an issue exclusive to the German, Graham Potter also appears to not have taken a liking to what the winger can contribute to the Blues.
So far this season, the Moroccan has spent more games on the bench or out of the squad than he has played actual matches, something that does not bode for his future prospects at Stamford Bridge.
It is for this reason that Ziyech reportedly wants out of the club as soon as possible, with AC Milan now looking like his most likely destination when the transfer market re-opens in January.
The 29-year-old was said to be close to moving to the Rossoneri during the off-season, but the transfer failed to materialise at the last moment and the Netherlands-born attacker stayed put in north London.
According to Todo Fichajes, the Italian outfit wants to facilitate a deal in which the former Ajax Amsterdam attacker first joins them on loan for the rest of the 2022/23 season, and include a purchase obligation at the end of the season.

The Serie A giants are reportedly willing to pay €30 million (R546 million) for Ziyech's services as they look to retain their league title this season.
