The 19-year-old played in his full debut campaign in the Premier League last season with the Saints, and while he was unable to help keep them up, the Brussels native gave a good account of himself, garnering interest from a plethora of European giants.
Ultimately, it was Chelsea who won the race for the Belgium international's signature, with the two-time European giants paying a reported £58 million (R1.4 billion), plus add-ons, for his services.
