The Lilywhites seem to be trying their best to retain their captain's services, but to no avail so far.
The 29-year-old is entering the final 12 months of his contract at Spurs, and in a last-ditch attempt to prolong his stay in north London, the club is reportedly willing to give the three-time Premier League Golden Boot winner a bumper new deal.
According to The Times, Spurs are open to giving Kane a contract worth more than £300 000 (R6.9 million) a week as they try to persuade him of their new project after the appointment of Ange Postecoglou as their new manager, but the same report also claims that this offer is expected to be rejected by the club's youth academy alumni.
Any and all offers from the eight-time FA Cup winners are anticipated to be knocked back by the England forward as his reported desire is to sign with the Bavarian giants.
