Following Chelsea's poor start to the new campaign, the club's owners have reportedly come to a decision on whether or not to sack manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Since succeeding Roman Abramovich as owners of the Blues, the American-led consortium headed up by Todd Boehly is yet to reap the rewards of their massive spending.
Boehly and his co-owners have seen five different managers take charge of the west Londoners, both on permanent and interim bases, and so far, most of their tenures were characterised by underwhelming performances.
Mauricio Pochettino is the latest manager in the Boehly regime to come under scrutiny following Chelsea's home defeat to Aston Villa on Sunday.
The 2023/24 campaign marks the first time in the club's Premier League history in which they have won only one of their opening six games, and there have been ever-growing concerns about the Argentine's future at Stamford Bridge as a result, but according to The Telegraph, the owners will continue to back him as they feel that underlying data suggests that positive results are only a matter of time.
Despite the public backing, though, Pochettino himself has admitted the owners are frustrated at the way things have played out so far in this campaign.
"Give me time because I didn't see them [the owners] after the game," the 51-year-old said after the loss to Villa, as per Football London.
"They are disappointed, they arrived at the club and are so excited to build a project. Of course, they feel disappointed, but at the same time, they need to support the plan."
