Chelsea are reportedly looking to end their transfer window with a late splurge on attacking players from both Arsenal and Barcelona.

The Blues are believed to have already spent €412 million (R8.2 billion) on new arrivals in this window, but while the likes of Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson having already arrived at Stamford Bridge, the west Londoners are believed to still be looking at more attacking reinforcements.
According to the Daily Mail, Mauricio Pochettino has identified Gunners attacker Emile Smith Rowe and Blaugrana pair Ferran Torres and Raphinha as potential arrivals before the window shuts.
The England international suffered an injury-hit 2022/23 season, and despite returning to fitness in this campaign, he is yet to make an appearance for the north Londoners in the Premier League. It appears the two-time European champions are keen to take advantage of the 23-year-old's situation in north London.
In the case of Torres, the Spaniard was only utilised as a substitute in Barca's latest two LALIGA matches, but while the 23-year-old is rumoured to be reluctant to leave the Camp Nou, the 35-cap Spain international's sale could be imminent as the Spanish champions look to recoup more funds to rectify their dire financial situation.

Raphinha, meanwhile, has been a long-term target for the six-time English top-flight winners, who tried to sign him last season before his departure for Catalonia, but with the emergence of Lamine Yamal in his absence due to suspension, Barca may be open to selling the 26-year-old should a significant offer arrive for the attacker.
