Neymar will not be part of the match tonight after the club opted against calling up the Brazilian, after Spain's Court of Arbitration for Sport took too long to make a decision about the appeal of his three-game suspension.
A statement from the club read: "Against the uncertainty due to the lack of reply from TAD with 12 hours to go until the game, and to focus all attention on sporting matters, the club have opted not to call up Neymar.
"However, Barcelona expresses its amazement at TAD's refusal to exercise its jurisdictional functions, something which directly damages both the clubs and the competition itself."
The Catalan giants will be without Jeremy Mathieu and Rafinha Alacantara, while Arda Turan takes Neymar's spot in the squad.
Here is the full squad travelling to Madrid:
Ter Stegen, Piqué, Rakitic, Busquets, Denis, Arda, A. Iniesta, Suárez, Messi, Cillessen, Mascherano. Alcácer, Alba, Digne, Roberto, Gomes, Aleix Vidal (still injured), Umtiti and Aleñá.
