The visitors enter the game in much better form, and currently lead the La Liga table six points ahead of their bitter rivals.
While Real are unbeaten in their past 31 games, Barca have won only three of their past eight games in all competitions.
As a consequence, Los Blancos have the slight edge in our combined XI, which features six Real stars and five Barca players.
It was a close call in the goalkeeping department, but we opted for Keylor Navas mainly because he has more experience than Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Our back four consists of Real's Dani Carvajal, Sergio Ramos and Marcelo, plus Gerard Pique from the Catalan giants.
In midfield, Luka Modric was the first name on our teamsheet, while Sergio Busquets also found his place.
Andres Iniesta's inclusion might be questionable, given he was injured and is not guaranteed to start the fixture, but he could still be instrumental, even if he comes from the bench.
On the right wing, Lionel Messi books his spot after scoring 19 goals and assisting another seven strikes in 16 games in all competitions.
His longstanding rival Cristiano Ronaldo appears on the left wing after netting eight goals in his past four La Liga matches.
