The Selecao won their first Copa America back in 1919, and will now wear a white away kit for the first time since 1950, when they lost the FIFA World Cup final to Uruguay – many of the team's fans believed the white jerseys were to blame.
Brazil and Nike unveiled the new kit, which merges the early 1920s vintage feel of football with the modern style of contemporary sport, earlier this week.
"White pays tribute to the historic 1919 trophy. A classic polo neck, player numbers and details on the sleeves are blue," a statement on Nike's official website read.
"The Brazilian national team will debut the 2019/20 Brasil Copa America 100th Anniversary Jersey as part of a special uniform at the first match of the tournament."
