Belouizdad relied on a winner by star winger Abderrahmane Meziane in the 46th minute as the side hung on for victory to qualify for their third consecutive final.
Belouizdad will face USM Alger in the final in the hopes of defending the title they won in 2023/24.
Former Cape Town City forward Khanyisa Mayo featured during the game and was withdrawn in the 2nd half.
Ramovic has settled into life nicely in Algeria and has managed seven wins, two draws, and just two defeats in his first 11 games in charge of the Algerian side.
