According to Kooora, a source close to the Club of the Century has shared insight into the Swiss tactician's feelings on the South African ahead of the expiration of the forward's deal in 2025.
The publication claims Koller is committed to hanging on to the former Mamelodi Sundowns attacker, and hopes the 29-year-old's contract will be renewed.
The same goes for a number of other Al Ahly players, such as winger Taher Mohamed, and Amr El Solia and Ali Maaloul, both of whom will see their current deals run out at the end of the season.
It is said that negotiations between the Red Devils and Tau are ongoing, as well as with centre-back Mohamed Abdelmonem, who reportedly has the desire to play professionally abroad.
