Harlem rapper Dave East, who is signed to Jay-Z's Def Jam Recordings and has had hit records featuring the likes of Nas and Chris Brown, was seen wearing Downs' famous green and yellow jersey while doing a radio interview in California.
The Masandawana social media team wa quickly alerted about their new celebrity fan, and posted a photo of the recording artist wearing the jersey on their Instagram account.

The club certanly seems to be growing in popularity, with Fan Park recently reporting that they had garnered some support in Egypt from Al Ahly fans.
